Online ANYTIME Refund and Cancellation Policy

To assist our customers in making confident purchasing decisions, we provide the opportunity to sample Online ANYTIME prior to purchase through the Learning Port and client demo accounts. Therefore, the following limited refund and cancellation policy is in place:

For Individual Consumers: If the user has not initialized the program within 30 days of purchase, they will receive a full refund. Additionally, if the user requests a refund within 72 hours after initializing the program, they will receive a full refund. If a refund is requested after 72 hours of initialization, but within 30 days of purchase, the customer can receive a credit to apply to New Horizons Online LIVEi or Classroom Learning.
For Corporate Customers: The refund and cancellation policy is covered in the user license agreement, stating that there are no refunds or cancellations after purchase.
