Learning Lab with Test Pass Insurance

The New Horizons in-house lab feature is a tremendous option to add to your training.  Benefits include:

• Two months of unlimited training per course [or] One year of unlimited training per Track or Program.

• MeasureUp practice tests.

• Test Pass Insurance with instructor-led or Mentored Learning training (see below).

Test Pass Insurance

If the following requirements are met, and the student fails to pass the exam, New Horizons will supply a free exam voucher (up to 2 replacements per exam).

• Student must successfully complete the instructor-led or Mentored Learning class associated with the subject exam.

• Student must complete in full each LearnKey module covering the exam.

• Student must score 90% on two (2) consecutive MeasureUp practice tests in Certification Mode within a 2-week period for the subject exam and then take the real test within 2 weeks of completing the second practice test. These 2 practice tests must be taken at New Horizons in the lab and the results verified and recorded by our Front Desk personnel.

• Test pass insurance is valid for the term of your lab access.

Availability/First Time Use

• Lab time must be scheduled in advance. You may reserve a time slot by contacting us at register@nhknoxville.com.

• The lab is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am until 9:30pm and on Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm.
• If you do not have a LearnKey account from Mentored Learning, you must request your lab access be setup 1 business day before your first session. Email register@nhknoxville.com to have you lab access established.

MeasureUp Use and Access

• MeasureUp is used as a practice test prior to taking the real test.
• To request a key, which provides access to a practice exam, email register@nhknoxville.com to have your key emailed to you within 1 business day.
• The value of a practice exam declines with each use since you get familiar with the questions and correct answers. Minimize the number of times you take each practice exam and maximize your study time in between attempts.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for lab packages that were included as part of special pricing or a promotion with a full program and/or other track.

• Refunds will not be issued on individual labs once the lab has commenced.
