Club Agreement Terms
- Nontransferable/Nonrefundable. The Club may not be transferred
to another individual. Club fees cannot be refunded or prorated.
- Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is
limited. We urge you to sign up for classes as soon as possible.
- Based on demand, scheduled dates for some classes may be rescheduled
or cancelled. Some courses titles may be phased out due to low demand
or the end of a product’s life cycle. The Club allows you to attend
any public class that is conducted at our facility and is covered
by the Club your purchased.
- If a class is full, you may be placed on the wait list. You
will be notified only if cancellations occur and space becomes available.
- You may take any classes in your respective club(s). To ensure
proper learning please take them in order, (i.e.), for an Level
2 course, you must have completed the Level 1 course. The classes
in your respective club(s) are listed in the schedule. Classes outside
your club(s) may not be taken without paying for them separately
or joining another club.
- Please arrive at New Horizons 15 minutes prior to class start
time to ensure proper check-in and seating. If you are more than
15 minutes late for class, your seat may be given away. If you anticipate
being late, please call New Horizons and notify the Receptionist
at (865) 691-1515. Your seat will be held up to 15 minutes from
the start of class. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will
not be admitted into the class.
- Class Cancellation. If you cannot attend a class for which you
hold a reservation, please notify New Horizons at least five business
days prior to the date of the class. Each occurrence of a cancellation
or reschedule less than five business days before the first day
of the class will decrease the length of the Club by two weeks.
If you cannot attend, please cancel as soon as possible. We try
to confirm your attendance seven days prior to class as clients
on the wait list need time to arrange their schedules.
- Expiration. I understand that my Club expires on either (a)
Club term length from the day of the first class that I attend or
(b) Club term length plus 3 months from the date of purchase, whichever
comes first.
- Course Materials. You will receive course materials with each
course you attend and it will be provided to you on the first day
of class. If you attend less than 80% of the class, you will be
invoiced for the kit. You will be unable to register for or attend
any future classes until the invoice is paid in full. Course materials
may not be picked up prior to the first day of class. If you repeat
a course, bring your original materials to class. If the courseware
has been revised, you may purchase new course materials or use your
original.
- I understand this form is an agreement between New Horizons,
Knoxville and myself. I state that I am a qualified signature for
my company and that I agree to the investment above. Club fees cannot
be refunded or prorated. No other discount programs or certificates
apply to the Club program.
