Failure to notify of student's intent to cancel will result in the company being charged in-full for the class. If the class was paid for with coupons, they will NOT be returned to the coupon pool, if paid with a seat license, a day will be removed.

 Late Arrivals

Since classes are LIVE it is imperative that you be on time for the start of class. We strongly recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the official class start time to get logged in and situated. Students arriving 30 minutes after the start of class will not be able to access the LIVE course and will need to reschedule. The reason for this policy is to protect the learning environment for students already in the class. Letting students in late would require the instructor to stop the flow of the class to assist late students getting oriented and caught up. If you know you will be more than 30 minutes late the first day of class please contact your Account Representative as soon as possible.

 Class Retakes

The following applies to Microsoft Office, Adobe, CompTIA and Microsoft courses only. Review additional information provided regarding retakes for other type of classes.

Students are responsible for bringing their original courseware to class. Please ask your Account Representative for additional details.

 Consumer or Individual Students

If you are an individual or self-funding a program, consult your written Program Enrollment Agreement for the cancellation policy terms or contact your Account Representative. The policies above apply only to employer-paid training.
